The Controller refers to the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data (“Controller”), referred to in Article 3 of Law No. 9887, dated 10.03.2008 “On the Protection of Personal Data”.

Why do we process your Personal Data?

The purposes for processing your data depend on the relationship you have with DIMENSION and other Agencies that are part of it.

  • The personal data of job candidates will be processed within the framework of the smooth running of their selection and interview process, with the aim of employing prepared individuals and professionals in this sector.
  • The personal data of interested persons (visitors of the website https://albaniajobs.al) are processed within the framework of informing them about the services of the website and DIMENSION, handling possible complaints regarding the services, analyzing the level of quality of services, etc.

The legal basis for processing may be:

  • Your consent, in particular in your capacity as an applicant/job candidate and as an interested person visiting the website https://albaniajobs.al;

What Personal Data do we process?

We strive to inform you “repeatedly and continuously” regarding the exact nature of the data, as well as your applicable rights. In general, such data is collected from you directly.

DIMENSION, within the framework of the administration of the website https://albaniajobs.al, processes the following categories of data:

  • For job candidates/applicants, through the website https://albaniajobs.al, the section “Register”, data such as: name, surname, email, as well as CV data related to professional training and experience will be processed.
  • For interested persons/visitors, through the website https://albaniajobs.al, the “Contact” section, which allows them to obtain information on the service and operation of the website, or to submit complaints, we collect data such as name, email, and the message conveyed.

Specific information regarding the CRM system deployed by DIMENSION:

To facilitate the management of human resources services, DIMENSION has set up the website https://albaniajobs.al, as a management tool.

Through this website, your personal data is processed using software programs developed and maintained by “WEBART.AL”, which acts in the capacity of the processor of your personal data. The relationship with WEBART.AL is sanctioned in a civil contract and the Annex on the rights and obligations between the parties regarding data protection, pursuant to Article 20 of the Law and Instruction no. 19, dated 03.08.2012, “On the regulation of the relationship between the controller and the processor in cases of delegation of data processing and the use of a standard contract in cases of such delegation”, as amended, approved by the Commissioner.

Because this processing is based on your consent, you can request at any time that your data be deleted by contacting [email protected].

Who are the recipients of your Personal Data?

They are as follows:

  • The relevant employing companies, which access your data within the framework of the job application review.
  • Service providers who participate in the management of our relationship with you, in particular for the purposes of communication and transmission of documents, their electronic management, such as WEBART.AL.
  • Competent public government or judicial institutions, in the circumstances provided for in the specific legislation in force and upon a reasoned request from them.

DIMENSION guarantees to respect a security and confidentiality policy that complies with Law no. 9887, dated 10.03.2008 “On the Protection of Personal Data”, as amended, the by-laws issued in its implementation, and implements the highest standards as in the European Union and the European Economic Area, their member states, which apply to the processing of personal data.

DIMENSION employees have signed a Confidentiality Statement, in order to maintain the confidentiality of the data they come to know during the performance of their duties, and which provides for penalties in case of violation.

Under no circumstances will your personal data be the subject of commercial transactions with third parties.

How long is the Data stored?

Your personal data will not be kept in a form that allows your identification, beyond the period of time necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed, in accordance with our contractual, legal and regulatory obligations and requirements.

  • The data of job applicants/candidates will be stored in the system as long as your profile is active. The profile will be active for 1 year from the moment of the last application made by you. So if you do not make any application for a year, the profile will go into inactive status and the data will be automatically deleted.
  • While from employers it will be stored until the end of the competition process for the vacant position. Once the winner is selected, the data will be destroyed.
  • The data of interested persons/visitors, through the website https://albaniajobs.al regarding requests or complaints will be stored as long as the purpose of their treatment exists (i.e. they will be stored as long as the clarification of the request or complaint is completed), then they will be deleted, destroyed.

What are your rights?

According to Articles 12-17 of Law No. 9887, dated 10.03.2008 “On the Protection of Personal Data”, as amended, you have certain rights regarding your personal data and may request additional information regarding the processing of your personal data at any time.

Pursuant to Law No. 9887, dated 10.03.2008 “On the Protection of Personal Data”, as amended, regarding the personal data that DIMENSION and its affiliated Agencies process, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access – you have the right to request at any time confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you are processed by DIMENSION, as well as to have access to this data and information about the purpose, duration, legal basis for processing, categories of data processed and categories of recipients;
  • Right to request rectification or erasure – if you are informed that your data is not correct, true or accurate or has been collected and processed in violation of the law, you have the right to request the possible correction or erasure of personal data as well as the immediate prohibition of processing;
  • Automated decision-making – you have the right to request not to be subject to decisions that produce legal effects on you or significantly affect you when the decision is based on automated processing of Data. ;
  • Right to object – you have the right, in certain circumstances, to object to the processing of your personal data for certain purposes, according to the provisions of Article 15 of the law.
  • Right to complain – if you believe that your rights, freedoms or legitimate interests in personal data have been violated, you may complain in writing.

The written request and/or complaint must contain your signature and be accompanied by a valid copy of your identification, in order to avoid the possibility of abuse by third parties.

The request must be sent in writing, to our email address [email protected] and will be handled by the Data Protection Officer.

Within 30 days of receiving the request/complaint, we will send you the requested information, or the reason for not providing or not executing your request.
