Administrative Assistant and Logistic Support Full Time

On behalf of a global leader in technical sectors, providing an extensive array of products and solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial purposes, we are looking for individuals for the following positions: Administrative Assistant and Logistic Support

Role Responsibilities:

Logistic Responsibilities

• Managing the processing of customer orders.
• Maintaining communication with the headquarters office.
• Monitoring and tracking invoicing, deliveries, and payments.
• Organizing and maintaining suppliers’ contracts, including tracking expiration dates and facilitating contract renewals.
• Overseeing documentation flow and organization.
• Compiling and preparing various reports as required.

Administration Responsibilities

• Coordinating and arranging travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and itinerary planning.
• Managing procurement of office supplies
• Handling incoming calls.
• Welcoming and assisting visitors.
• Performing various administrative duties as needed.

Role Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in either economics or engineering is required.
• English proficiency of at least B2 level.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Demonstrates precision, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
• Exhibit’s reliability and honesty.
• Communication style characterized by being concise and not overly talkative.
