Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Guest Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our clients and play an essential role in providing an excellent experience for everyone who visits our studio.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by warmly greeting clients, answering their questions, and using their names in interactions.
• Assisting with basic tasks such as document storage, printing, etc.
• Addressing any concerns or inquiries from clients and guests during your shift.
• Answering and directing phone calls from clients or potential clients
• Managing inventory and handling retail and appointment sales.
• Proficiency in using a computer and various software applications.
• Assisting with light marketing tasks, such as photos or social media posts.
• Taking on new tasks and responsibilities as the needs of the studio evolve.

Key Qualifications

• A passion for fitness and an ability to work independently while being outgoing and personable.
• Strong customer service orientation with skills in creating a high-quality experience for each studio visitor.
• Efficient in handling sales, cash, and credit card transactions.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but training will be provided to selected candidates.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
• Very good knowledge of the English language.

Work Schedule

32 hours a week

From Monday to Friday: 15:00 – 20:30

Saturday: 7:30 – 12:30
