MARKETING & SALES MANAGER Kohë e Plotë

On behalf of a multinational corporation specializing in electrical and digital building infrastructure, a global leader in electrical and digital building infrastructures, offering a wide range of products and solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager​

Led and manage marketing activities in B2B segment. Developing and implementing strategy in order to strengthen the company position on the local market and ensure a growth of our products and services.

Role Responsibilities

• Defining short and long-term marketing strategy in Albanian market in line with the Company Group strategy.
• Ensure development, competitiveness, and profitable growth of the company.
• Responsibility for the presentation of the brand and the company’s image on the market
• Identifying and monitoring key market trends and competitive environment.
• Analyzing sales results, business actions and their impact on the set goals, taking necessary measures to change or revise plans.
• Collaborate with internal departments for optimal use of resources and achievement of objectives.
• Performance analysis of marketing initiatives and budget management.
• Implementation of Group Marketing Reporting.
• Preparation of price lists for Albanian market respecting the pricing policy of Company.
• The Marketing Manager reports to the General Manager.

Role Requirements

• University degree
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing with an emphasis on the b2b segment
• English- B2
• Experience in project management.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Analytical and communication skills.
• Highly creative and innovative approach
• Independent and able to work under time pressure.
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with capacity to interpret complex data and manage complexity.
